  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 24 business hours (there are exceptions during holidays). Delivery times range from 1 to 7 business days. Shipment information for each item can be found on the product page.

  • For delivery date requests it is best to order at least 1 week in advance to ensure timely delivery. Due to shipment restrictions, Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available.

  • All products are specially packaged to ensure freshness. Frozen items are packed in a thick freeze wrap, boxed, and placed in a Styrofoam cooler with an ice pack. Be sure to refridgerate your dessert right away. Items can be frozen and remain frozen for up to two months (for best results).

  • If you are purchasing a frozen item, we suggest having someone available to receive the package at the time of delivery. We cannot replace an item that has melted in the sun.

  • Please check the shipping address at the time of purchase to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Replacments cannot be issued due to an incorrect shipping address entered at the time of purchase. We are sorry we cannot ship to P.O. or A.P.O. Boxes. Contact us for shipping rates to Hawaii and Alaska.

  • If for some reason there is a problem with a product, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can resolve the issue. Keep the the unused portion until you contact us. If a replacement is given, there is no additional charge for shipping.

  • If a shipping address is in a remote location which requires Express shipping, an additional charge may be required. The additional charge could be substantial. You should contact us first, for rates.

  • Standard 2nd Day and Standard Overnight Delivery does not guarantee delivery by the date requested. To better ensure timely delivery, Priority shipping is recommeded whenever possible.
