Dinner Party Tips

  • Tip #1 – Do not burn scented candles in the room where guests dine, it interferes with the palate and dulls the taste of the food.
  • Tip #2 – Removing the top of frozen food boxes and lining the inside with colored foil and the outside with decorative paper can make a nice box for presenting chocolates.
  • Tip #3 – Presentation is 50% of recipe sucess. Never present food in pans or bowls used to prepare recipe. Don’t forget your same size doilies and colored foil.
  • Tip #4 – Remember to save your yogurt and fruit juice cups for puddings and fluffy desserts and don’t forget wine and champagne glasses for ice cream and even cake!
