Chocolate Dipped Strawberries by Lucy D.
|
| Microwave the chocolate in a wide bowl for about 30 seconds. Be very careful not to burn the chocolate. When thoroughly creamy and pliable, pour chocolate into the bowl. One at a time, pick each strawberry up by the stem and slowly roll them around the bowl using a tablespoon to cover the berry completely and roll again for a smooth texture across the berry. Lay each on wax paper, careful not to let the berries touch. Chill for about one hour and eat. |
